You may have funds added to your wallet directly by your platform representative. This is how promotional credits are issued, and it can also be used to correct a wallet mistake (for example, if you qualify for a platform-wide grant, or you belong to multiple organizations and forget to switch to the correct workspace before making a deposit). A credit like this shows up in your wallet transaction history the same way a deposit does, with a note explaining why it was added, and it’s applied automatically to your next invoice the same way as any other wallet balance.You may be prevented from making a wallet deposit if another teammate is already in the process of doing so.
