# Credits

> How the organization wallet works, adding funds yourself, and credits Jaspari adds to your account.

If your organization maintains a prepaid wallet balance, funds in your wallet are applied automatically to your invoices. See [Billing Cycles](/billing/billing-cycles) for exactly how wallet and card charges are combined on each invoice.

## Adding funds yourself

You can deposit funds to your wallet at any time from Settings > Billing, using a saved card or a new one. Deposited funds stay in your wallet indefinitely until they're applied to an invoice; they never expire.

## Funds added by Jaspari

You may have funds added to your wallet directly by your platform representative. This is how promotional credits are issued, and it can also be used to correct a wallet mistake (for example, if you qualify for a platform-wide grant, or you belong to multiple organizations and forget to switch to the correct workspace before making a deposit).

A credit like this shows up in your wallet transaction history the same way a deposit does, with a note explaining why it was added, and it's applied automatically to your next invoice the same way as any other wallet balance.

<Note>
  You may be prevented from making a wallet deposit if another teammate is already in the process of doing so.
</Note>

## Monitoring your balance

Your wallet balance and full transaction history (deposits, invoice applications, and any credits added by your platform representative) are available in Settings > Billing, alongside your invoices and payment methods.
